Qualifications

Wendy de Silva (d.o.b. 27.6.57) has undertaken a large number of commercial and healthcare projects in the government and private sectors, both inside and outside the United Kingdom. In 1994 she joined Nightingale Associates as a partner and went on to set up their 35-strong London office from scratch. Successful projects included work for St Thomas’ Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital, BUPA Health Services and The Royal Parks.

Since forming Dransfield Owens de Silva Limited she has enjoyed personal involvement on a wide range of community, primary care and mental health projects.

This includes the competition winning Artesian Building with health and housing uses, winning bids for LIFT projects in Brent Hounslow and Hillingdon and Barnet Enfield and Haringey which lead to the construction of a number of primary care centres, associated extra-care and housing.
