The Pyramid
Our office, The Pyramid, was designed and developed
by Dransfield Owens de Silva as a flexible space for our practice, with additional capacity to share with compatible companies.
It is a remarkable building, situated a short walk from London Bridge and Tower Hill stations, in the thriving Butlers Wharf quarter. Though the building appears small from the outside it is deceptively spacious internally, large enough to house a number of companies working in their own zones and sharing our shared facilities. It has two floors of offices and meeting spaces plus a shared meeting room in the apex. The floors are open plan and very flexible.
Clad in diamonds of stainless steel and glass on a unique steel and concrete frame, the offices are highly sustainable and includes generous natural lighting and ventilation, with highly insulated walls and floors. The Pyramid sits in a quiet courtyard between two historic warehouses that were restored by Dransfield Owens de Silva in the 1990’s.
We have always been keen to work closely with other compatible people and we offer a
great package to the companies and individuals who share The Pyramid with us.
The building itself has also featured regularly as a star location for filming
and photo shoots.
