Places for people to live form an important part of our work as architects. Whether these are new apartments for sale, loft apartments carved from old warehouses, social housing or live-work units incorporated in mixed-use residential schemes, they are informed by our concern to make the best possible use of the space for the people who occupy it. We have found that imaginative solutions add value but need not increase cost.
We have also completed private houses and apartment fit-outs and the solutions devised for these clients assist us in our thinking about what residents like in larger schemes.
