Dransfield Owens de Silva Limited was a part of the core team developing designs for funding submission as part of Kerrier District Council’s application to the Big Lottery Fund Living Landmarks grant scheme. In developing a concept design in line with community aspirations and respecting the World Heritage Site setting, Dransfield Owens de Silva played a significant role in achieving the grant funding success of £30million to allow Heartlands to be possible.
