Qualifications

Jonathan Dransfield (d.o.b.17/1/58) has a broad experience of new-build and refurbishment and listed buildings, including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. He has been lead designer for several high profile urban design and planning schemes, includig the £20m lottery winning Heartlands project in Cornwall, the £15m vibrant new community and workspace project on a World Heritage Site in Perran and the Galleria, another £12m mixed use project of artists studios and housing in London.

Jonathan is noted for his sensitive design. Over the past 18 years in Dransfield Design and Dransfield Owens de Silva he has achieved a noteworthy body of work initially concentrated in Bermondsey, and now extended throughout England. He has been instrumental in building the practice's reputation for attractive buildings and successful planning applications.
